Straffen voor het bezitten van illegaal vuurwerk (knalvuurwerk zoals strijkers, vlinders en nitraten langer dan 55 mm):

1 tot 6 stuks: tot 35 uur werkstraf (minderjarigen) of tot 3 maanden gevangenisstraf (volwassenen)
6 tot 11 stuks: tot 40 uur werkstraf (minderjarigen) of tot 6 maanden gevangenisstraf (volwassenen)
Straffen voor het tot ontbranding brengen van illegaal vuurwerk (knalvuurwerk zoals strijkers, vlinders en nitraten langer dan 55 mm):

per stuk: voorgeleiden en vanaf 50 uur werkstraf (minderjarigen) of 6 maanden gevangenisstraf (volwassenen)
Winkelverkoop van vuurwerk categorie 1,2 of 3 aan kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar:
Boete van € 1300

Winkelverkoop van vuurwerk categorie 2 of 3 aan iemand tussen de 12 t/m 15 jaar:
Boete van € 650

Winkelverkoop van vuurwerk categorie 3 aan iemand van 16 of 17 jaar:
Boete van € 340

Zanger Rinus heeft op YouTube al enkele megahits gescoord. Het begon een paar jaar geleden met een liedje over de kermis: Verliefd op het meisje van de oliebollenkraam en Met Marloes onder de douche, maar begin dit jaar scoorde hij zijn allergrootste hit tot nu toe. Met Romana op de scooter.

Ook de TV kantine heeft Rinus ontdekt. Dat is nog meer lachen gieren en brullen. Het zal Rinus een worst wezen. Hij wordt steeds populairder. Hij geeft optredens door het hele land en zit voor de komende maanden vol. Ik hoop dat hij wel een goede manager heeft, die een beetje redelijke prijzen voor hem durft te vragen. En vooral een die zorgt dat Rinus er zelf ook een eerlijk deel van overhoud.

Rinus spreidt zijn kerstvreugde met wederhelft Deborah en heeft een nieuwe singel: Heb jij mijn piek gezien? Zoals altijd figureren de twee samen prominent in de videoclip. We zien hoe de twee op zoek gaan naar een kerstboom en het huis versieren. Maar één ding gooit roet in het eten: Rinus is de piek kwijt. Zoals we van de zanger en zijn vriendin gewend zijn, trakteren ze ons opnieuw op creatieve danspasjes.

Een meerderheid van de Kamer wil niet ingaan op de mogelijkheid die staatssecretaris Frans Weekers (Financiën) bood om de regeling per direct te stoppen.

Weekers had vandaag bij de behandeling van zijn Belastingplan aangegeven dat de belangstelling voor de regeling de laatste weken fors is toegenomen. Dat kost de schatkist miljoenen euro's. Onder andere FNV-voorzitter Agnes Jongerius had begin oktober opgeroepen om nog snel gebruik te maken van de regeling en het maximum van 613 euro te storten. Het belastingvoordeel ligt dan tussen de 202,29 en 318,76 euro. En dat is echt wel de moeite waard!

In oktober nam het aantal mensen met spaarloon toe met 2 procent, maar in de eerste 11 dagen van november kwam daar nog eens 6 procent bij en dan begint het toch wel op een run te lijken, gaf Weekers toe.

Een Kamermeerderheid van PvdA, PVV, SP en D66 ging niet in op zijn aanbod en wil de spaarloonregeling nog tot eind dit jaar openhouden, waarna er op 1 januari definitief een einde aan het spaarloon komt.
